The Creative Content Analyst is an experienced long-form writer who contributes to development, creation and review of long-form articles, video scripts, talking points, press releases and other deliverables shared with PCG clients globally, or, published to our corporate websites, mobile app, third-party platforms like YouTube and more and maintains the content development calendar and project trackers.
The Opportunity:
The content types the Creative Content Analyst is responsible for center around topical capital markets topics, our investment philosophy, retirement- and financial-planning topics and how we help PCG clients globally. Factors that help those in this role succeed role include existing knowledge of capital markets and our investment philosophy. The Creative Content Analyst works with the Creative Content Team Leader to control the voice and tone of team content output and provides strategic input on new content opportunities.
The Day-to-Day:
• Manage a program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting the requirements
• Manage all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
• Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
• Coach, mentor, and motivates team members
• Oversee the editorial process, including writing, editing, and reviewing, exercising discretion throughout
• Take core investment management topics and produce engaging, easy to understand, content for general audiences
• Oversee a variety of group-wide projects targeted at enhancing our content offerings
• Be a reviewer for the group, rewriting text to enhance clarity, flow, voice, tone, appropriateness, and consistency with firm philosophy
• Organize and implement content across various distribution channels
• Research and identify new opportunities for content development and distribution Your Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 3+ years of writing experience
• Demonstrate an understanding of financial services/investing concepts and vocabulary
• Highly developed qualitative and quantitative skills required
• Analyze various situations and develop creative solutions
